Annapolis Area Christian School complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you have a concern regarding the use of copyrighted material on any AACS web pages, contact the marketing and communications office to respond to reports alleging copyright infringement.

AACS Brand Trademarks
The master signature (graphic identity) of the school and all related word marks and logos are the property of Annapolis Area Christian School. Any trademark which identifies or is associated with the Annapolis Area Christian School may not be used without prior expressed written permission from the marketing and communications office. Other trademarks, service marks and trade names used on the school’s website are the property of their respective owners.

Annapolis Area Christian School is committed to protecting your privacy. We use our website to expedite requests for information, process admission applications, gain alumni membership, and to enhance philanthropy potential. In doing so, we adhere to a privacy policy that ensures all personal data we receive through our site is processed and managed according to established best practices. What We Collect
AACS may collect personally identifiable information from potential students, prospective and current parents, alumni, donors and friends who request information about our school; elect to use our online admission applications or forms; and those who elect to use our online giving forms. This personally identifiable information includes, but is not limited to, names, addresses, birth dates and social security numbers.

How We Collect the Information
Online requests about admission to AACS, enrollment applications, giving portals, and other payment applications are processed using secure servers. The information is then routed internally to the appropriate Annapolis Area Christian School staff for follow-up. Access to this information is limited to authorized AACS employees.

Cookies
A Cookie is a small text file stored by your browser that allows the website to “remember” your preferences such as calendar settings and site bookmarks on the site from visit to visit, or to maintain your “logged in” status when visiting protected areas. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. This information is anonymous and cannot be directly linked to individual users. We may use it to identify high-use or low-use areas of the site, pinpoint problem areas of the site, analyze broad demographic trends in our visitors, and make decisions about how to make it easier for people to find and navigate our website.

AACS does not share any personally identifiable information with school personnel or third parties. Additionally, some information, such as gender, age, previous schools or hometown, may be used in the aggregate to help the school further its marketing and outreach efforts and to analyze application trends. When information is used in aggregate form, personally identifiable fields are excluded. In addition to following strict guidelines regarding the sharing of personally identifiable information, we do not and will not sell the names or information collected through the website.
