Parent Teacher Fellowship

The AACS Parent Teacher Fellowship was created to help support our parents, faculty and staff through service that include training, family communication and volunteer opportunities. The Steering Committee serves to coordinate the efforts of our volunteers.

Recruiting Steering Committee Members
We are currently recruiting for new members for this year's Parent Teacher Fellowship Steering Committee. Vice President, and Campus Coordinator positions are available. We're looking for enthusiastic parents with some time to devote to growing this program. Some goals include:
  • Coordinating parent training seminars, Bible studies, and book clubs
  • Find ways to get more parents involved in the AACS community
  • Help with on boarding new families to the AACS community
  • Finding other creative ideas to bring our community together
If you are interested in being a part of the Parent Teacher Fellowship and/or the Steering Committee, please email Jennifer Brown, President of Parent Teacher Fellowship.

Other Volunteer Opportunities
If you don't have time to be part of the Steering Committee, there are many other opportunities to get involved. A great way to start is by filling out your campus volunteer form (links above) and watch the Friday Update for events and opportunities.

Volunteers must be registered and have completed a background check. Click here for the Memo to Volunteers which includes the link for the background check.

Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms."
